Nonprofit Administrative Assistant

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Assist with the day to day office operations
Work on environmental issues, explore scientific research, attend meetings, educate elected officials
Schedule appointments and conference calls
Identify, contact, develop and maintain relationships with community groups, and community members
Write letters, research topics, reply to emails
Organize and manage donations
Take meeting notes
Feed the chickens
