$15/hr - $15/hrAshreinu School is seeking a creative and reliable Social Media & Content Assistant to support their growing online presence and fundraising campaign. This part-time role involves creating and scheduling content, engaging with the online community, and maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Responsibilities
Design 4–6 weekly posts in Canva based on a provided content calendar (e.g., Word of the Day, encouraging quotes, school updates)
Post directly to Instagram and/or other platforms as assigned
Research and include relevant hashtags to boost visibility
If there is an emergency, (i.e. the antisemitic shooting attack in Australia), you will be expected to be in communication with Director and Administration about putting out a timely, appropriate, non-political post of solidarity and/or awareness
Monitor comments and direct messages on our account; respond when appropriate; delete and block when appropriate
Curate a list of other Messianic and mainstream Jewish accounts with which to interact
Like, comment, and interact with related accounts to increase visibility
Conduct a quick weekly scan of the Ashreinu feed to ensure consistency and engagement
Review several model accounts (provided by Director) to understand best practices
Collaborate with the Director to develop a simple visual and messaging style for Ashreinu’s brand
Qualification
Required
Strong writing and visual communication skills
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
Comfortable using Instagram (knowledge of Facebook and Meta a plus)
Comfortable using Chat GPT or AI for editing work
Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Involvement in Jewish or Messianic Jewish community
