Responsibilities
Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date financial records
Utilize QuickBooks software to record and organize financial data
Handle bookkeeping tasks, including tracking expenses and maintaining ledgers
Prepare and issue billing statements to clients in a timely manner
Assist with financial reporting and provide support for audits
Coordinate with team members to resolve discrepancies in financial records
Maintain organized documentation for all financial activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
Provide administrative support to the office. i.e. answering phones, scanning, customer service, etc
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts receivable management and bank reconciliations
Proficiency in QuickBooks software is required
Strong background in bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
Ability to handle billing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
