Responsibilities
Partnering with marketing and analytics leaders to identify where insight and intelligence can unlock the greatest commercial value
Shaping the direction and focus of marketing analytics initiatives to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity
Translating business challenges into clear analytical briefs, ensuring work is tightly aligned to strategic goals and delivers practical outcomes
Turning data and analysis into compelling narratives that build confidence and drive action across teams
Presenting findings, implications, and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and credibility
Working closely with data science and engineering partners to ensure analytical outputs are relevant, scalable, and decision-ready
Enabling collaboration across marketing, media, consumer insight, and agency partners to ensure insight is embedded into everyday work
Identifying recurring business needs and advising when scalable, automated solutions are appropriate versus bespoke analysis
Acting as a facilitator and advisor—helping leaders frame the right questions and focus on the highest-impact opportunities
Developing high-quality visual outputs and materials that simplify complexity and support effective storytelling
Encouraging knowledge-sharing and continuous learning across brands and teams
Qualification
Required
6+ years' experience across marketing, analytics, media, advertising, or related commercial roles
Strong understanding of brand, growth, and/or media strategy within a consumer environment
Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight
Exceptional communication skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling capabilities
Experience partnering with analytics, data science, or engineering teams to deliver against business priorities
Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment
Proven record of translating insight into measurable business results
Genuine enthusiasm for insight-led decision-making and influence without authority
Preferred
Exposure to Agile ways of working or program management is a plus
