Responsibilities
Develop and manage the master electrical commissioning plan, schedule, and budget
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of Electrical Commissioning Engineers and subcontractors
Review design documents and contractor submittals for commissioning feasibility
Chair commissioning meetings with clients, contractors, and design teams
Oversee the execution of all electrical testing sequences, from equipment energization to full integrated load testing
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols (Arc Flash, LOTO) and quality standards
Finalize and compile all commissioning documentation, including turnover packages and operational manuals
Manage punch list resolution and drive the project to successful practical completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
8+ years of experience in commissioning, with at least 3 years in a lead role on mission-critical projects (data centers preferred)
In-depth expertise in data center electrical architecture (N, N+1, 2N) and redundancy configurations
Proven leadership, client management, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
