Account Manager

Northern Gulf Services is a renewable fuel logistics and distribution company focused on aggregating used-cooking oil along the Gulf coast. The Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and driving sales growth while collaborating with the sales team and managing day-to-day communications.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
Review accounts on a regular basis to evaluate clients' needs to match with appropriate products and/or services
Develop plans and implement strategies for all assigned accounts
Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships
Oversee our large account management process
Handle sensitive account alert visits and assigned upsell target lists
Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth of all assigned accounts
Identify new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers
Regularly review promotional activities to enhance and identify development potential
Ensure clients know how to use the products and services and provide assistance as necessary
Collaborate with the Sales team to enable account handoff to customer service

Required

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Prior experience and contacts in food service sales and/or operations, food mfg., or facilities management
Efficient and effective communicator, bilingual is a plus
Travel throughout southeast and central Texas to build a strong relationship with our customer base
