Sales Development Representative (Mid Market))
Responsive, formerly RFPIO, is a leader in Strategic Response Management SaaS solutions, serving over 2,000 customers. The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, working closely with Account Executives to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities
Generate qualified opportunities at target accounts with outbound prospecting (80%)
Qualify inbound leads (20%)
Daily prospecting activities which include but are not limited to cold calling, emails, and social outreach
Develop personalized messaging through research and intent signals
Work closely with Account Executives in a POD environment
Conduct qualification and/or discovery calls
Track activities in the system of record (Salesforce)
Daily work through Outreach sequences to reach prospects
Qualification
Required
Two years experience in B2B SaaS sales or other relevant professional experience
Achieve activity metrics and sales-qualified opportunity goals
Schedule product demos for Account Executives
Develop market penetration strategy with Account Executives
Share market feedback with Account Executives and Sales Development teams
Other duties as assigned
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or operations a plus
Experience with account research and developing personalized outreach is a plus!
You have worked for an HR or Fintech company
Have previous Sales Development Experience
You've worked at a fast-growing startup
You have previously successfully worked in a remote and distributed team
