Responsibilities
Support senior managers in executing and managing partnership contracts, ensuring timely processing and compliance
Assist with negotiation materials, contract templates, and operational tasks throughout all deal stages
Ensure proper filing of agreements and all relevant documentation in the contracts system and on SharePoint
Manage supplier setup and payment requests using internal finance tools
Maintain rights trackers to monitor expirations and support timely renewals
Support external partnership proposals triage and response process
Identify opportunities for process optimization
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the Gaming or Entertainment industry
Experience with project and task management, collaboration with stakeholders, and high attention to detail in managing complex processes
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource planning
Experience working with legal contracts and collaborating with Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business management, liberal arts, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field
Experience in a paralegal role managing and negotiating legal contracts in the gaming or entertainment industry
Experience with computer applications, such as Word and Excel
