Responsibilities

Managing group inquiries, quoting rates, and securing bookings
Owning the Corporate and Business Travel segments - building and nurturing key accounts
Representing the hotel in the community (ie. Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, Hilton networks)
Collaborating on revenue management, forecasting, and budgeting
Maintaining client data in systems like Delphi, OnQ and PEP

Required

Minimum 5 years as Director of Sales in the hotel industry
Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing revenue

Preferred

Hilton brand experience strongly preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred
