Responsibilities
Manage a docket of plaintiff-side asbestos cases
Collaborate on case strategy, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
Take and defend depositions; work with experts and co-counsel
Communicate directly with clients, providing clear guidance and compassion
Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial as appropriate
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Illinois bar license required
Strong writing, advocacy, and case-management skills
Plaintiff-mindset with a passion for client advocacy
Preferred
Missouri license strongly preferred
Prior experience in asbestos, toxic tort, or complex litigation preferred
