Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders on asset resolution and value maximization
Qualification
Required
Typically 5–8+ years of experience in asset management, special situations, or distressed real estate
Strong background in workouts, restructurings, and REO management/closures
Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
