Responsibilities
Lead BIM strategy, standards, BEPs, and model governance
Drive clash resolution & coordination across all trades
Mentor and manage BIM teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Collaborate closely with design and construction field teams
Integrate BIM with 4D/5D planning and cost insights
Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and CDE workflows
Support scan-to-BIM, digital twin, and as-built deliverables
Qualification
Required
Autodesk Revit – compulsory
Autodesk Navisworks Manage – compulsory
Strong background in construction — field coordination / GC workflows
7+ years in BIM roles with leadership responsibilities
Experience supporting construction execution, site coordination & RFIs
Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC and real-time data collaboration
Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
