Our client, Nueve Solutions, LLC, is seeking a senior-level Business Analyst 3 to support the Community Services division in modernizing the Texas No Wrong Door (NWD) system. This role focuses on business and data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement to enhance referrals for Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS).

Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, processes, and user needs
Elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
Perform business process mapping, reengineering, and gap analysis
Develop solution options, risk assessments, and cost/benefit or ROI analyses
Create and execute assessment plans, including secret shopper initiatives
Recommend improvements to IT solutions and referral system interoperability
Support automation of new or enhanced IT systems to improve operations
Prepare detailed documentation, business cases, and planning artifacts
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in business analysis and data analysis
Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Proven ability to analyze complex systems and recommend effective solutions
Experience with business process modeling and reengineering
Strong planning, follow-through, and customer-service orientation
8+ years of experience eliciting business and technical requirements
8+ years of experience communicating complex technical concepts and writing business cases
8+ years of experience in verbal and written communication and presentations
8+ years of experience gathering input, planning, and executing initiatives independently
8+ years of experience providing strong stakeholder and customer support
Preferred
Experience working with government regulations and processes
Prior experience serving as a liaison between business units and IT teams
Strong data analysis and problem-solving background
PMP or project management experience (nice to have)
