Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery
Assist with deposition preparation and trial readiness
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and team members
Support development of case strategy and legal arguments
Manage assigned matters with attention to detail and deadlines
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of litigation experience
Background in commercial and/or entertainment litigation
JD from an accredited law school
Active California State Bar admission
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Preferred
Plaintiff-side litigation experience
Comfort managing matters with increasing independence
