Responsibilities
Accurately enter and update customer, project, material, and vendor records into CRM and ERP systems
Process and log invoices, purchase orders, estimates, and work orders; match supporting documents and flag discrepancies for follow-up
Perform data validation and reconciliation across spreadsheets and databases; investigate and correct data inconsistencies
Scan, index, and maintain organized digital records (contracts, permits, change orders) and ensure source document traceability
Prepare and export reports and structured spreadsheets for operations, estimating, and accounts payable/receivable
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data entry workflows and support system updates or migrations
