Responsibilities
Manage all BI, data, reporting, and FP&A functions to support strategic decision-making
Supervise and mentor the (future) Finance Generalist, ensuring alignment with company goals
Establish and manage all back-office operations, optimizing efficiency and scalability
Drive the integration and growth of services to deliver a 5-star client and provider experience
Responsible for all risk management initiatives
Oversee internal tech operations. This includes managing contracts and terms with our CRM vendor, marketing and other vendors
Prepare the company for a successful factoring exit, including financial structuring and due diligence support
Develop a streamlined reporting program to support Executive leadership in data-driven decision-making
Partner with Chief Executive Officer to organize and secure outside funding opportunities
Oversee all factor-related tasks: physician payroll, physician entry, timesheet tracking, and compliance
Ensure accurate entry of provider rates and dates into the Tracker system
Manage timesheets, W-9/ACH forms, RVU calculations, invoicing, and bonus agreements (referral and other)
Handle weekly payments for both companies, internal payroll, commissions, and all company bills/vendors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in operations management
Proven expertise in BI, FP&A, data management, and reporting systems
Experience in preparing companies for exit strategies and securing funding
Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing diverse teams
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
MBA or CPA preferred
Knowledge of healthcare staffing or radiology industry is a plus
