Responsibilities

Analyze pricing structures and discounting practices

Develop and maintain pricing models to assess revenue and margin impact

Monitor price realization and variance vs budget

Support pricing approvals and deal reviews with financial analysis

Conduct customer, product, channel and segment profitability analyses

Identify margin improvement opportunities and cost drivers

Track contribution margins and support margin improvement initiatives

Partner with Sales and Marketing on pricing strategies

Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to understand cost drivers

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management

Develop dashboards and reports to track pricing and profitability KPIs

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across pricing and financial systems

Automate recurring analyses where possible

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics or related field or equivalent practical working experience

2-5+ years of experience in pricing, profitability, finance or analytical roles

Strong analytical skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred

CPQ and Power BI experience
