Responsibilities
Designing and overseeing care that is individualized, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs
Building collaborative, trusting relationships with families through clear communication and shared goals
Working closely with teammates and leadership, contributing insights and engaging in clinical dialogue
Using reflection and feedback to grow professionally while maintaining balance and sustainability
Feeling prepared, aligned, and proud of the care you provide
Qualification
Required
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Current state licensure (LBA) in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Ability to pass required background checks and employment screenings
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams
