Responsibilities
Define and standardise enterprise-grade AI and data architectures across revenue systems
Lead technical solution design for complex client engagements
Partner in executive-level discovery and enterprise sales conversations
Establish governance, security, and responsible AI standards
Build and develop a high-performing AI, data, and integration engineering team
Create scalable delivery frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets
Serve as the senior technical authority across client engagements
Qualification
Required
Senior technical leader (Director, VP, Principal Architect, CTO) with 10+ years in software, data, or applied AI
Proven experience delivering enterprise AI or large-scale data systems into production
Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, LLM/GenAI architectures, and system orchestration
Experience integrating CRM, marketing automation, or revenue platforms within complex organisations
Commercially credible and comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders
Entrepreneurial, with the ability to operate effectively in an early-stage environment
