Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across Phase 1–4 clinical trials
Build, lead, and develop the clinical operations function in a biotech environment
Oversee CROs, vendors, timelines, budgets, and study execution
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, and EMA regulations
Partner closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biometrics, and external stakeholders
Support pipeline expansion from Phase 2 through late-stage development

Required

Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, resource-lean biotech environment

Preferred

Location: US-based (Bay Area, Boston, or Charlottesville preferred; remote considered)
