Responsibilities
Embed with customer teams to deploy and optimize AI agents in live healthcare environments
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions based on client feedback
Troubleshoot and iterate on healthcare integrations to ensure seamless performance
Drive customer success through onsite training, support, and relationship management
Contribute to product roadmap by identifying real-world challenges faced by customers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping production systems
Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR integrations, or regulated environments (HIPAA compliance is a plus)
Deep expertise in our tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL), with the ability to build reliable integrations and debug complex systems
Comfortable in ambiguous situations, making independent decisions, and taking full responsibility for customer success
