Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to a workgroup or individual within the Department
Under close supervision, completes routine administrative tasks, such as; reads and routes incoming mail, composes and types routine correspondence, organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records, arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations, coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings, orders and maintains supplies, schedules patient appointments, answer patient and other calls

Required
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1 year experience in a directly related role Required
