Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and performance reporting for leadership
Analyze trends, drivers, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
Assist with executive-level presentations and materials for leadership meetings
Partner with operations, accounting, and business leaders on ad-hoc financial analysis
Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and efficiency
Maintain and enhance financial tools, reports, and dashboards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, public accounting, or FP&A
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and large data sets
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-finance stakeholders
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
