Handle substantive court appearances and related bankruptcy proceedings

Qualification
Required
Prior bankruptcy experience in a law firm setting
Juris Doctor (JD) degree
Bar admission in the attorney's resident and/or affiliated office
Strong analytical skills and sound legal judgment
Excellent client-relations and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
