Responsibilities
Support office and administrative tasks for the Primart School Division
Drafting proposals, compiling payment documents, tracking vouchers
Checking quotations, assisting with orders, and working with relevant departments
Support student evens and activities
Preparing materials, logistics, and coordinating logistics for internal programs, workshops, and events
Coordinating with teachers and departments to ensure activities run according to plan
Assit with general activities for the entire school level as assigned
During the internship, you will observe and familiarise yourself with the classroom environment to guide your long-term career development, without being assigned to official teaching positions
Qualification
Required
Students or graduates in Education/ Educational Psychology
Potential for long-term development in the educational environment, with a commitment to the school
Dynamic, proactive, responsible, and good organisational skills
Ability to communicate in English in a school environment
Strong teamwork and support skills, ability to handle administrative tasks
