Responsibilities
Collaborate with analysts, IT, and business stakeholders to design, build, and support Workday integrations
Lead or support projects across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain modules (two positions prioritized: one HR-focused, one Finance/Supply Chain-focused)
Develop and support integrations, conversions, and reports within large-scale ERP environments
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while ensuring security, scalability, and compliance
Support ERP systems that integrate with hundreds of third-party applications, benefit providers, banks, and other critical services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree + 6 years of IT experience (or equivalent mix of education and experience)
At least 2 years as a Workday Integration Developer
Strong skills in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML/XSLT
Experience gathering requirements, process modeling, and solution design
Preferred
Workday certification(s) in Integration or related areas
Hands-on experience with data conversions, system integrations, and ERP security requirements
Experience with Workday Mobile, Workday Extend, and/or Adaptive Planning
Knowledge of SAP Process Orchestration Integration or Cloud Platform Integration
Familiarity with SDLC best practices in cloud environments
