National Sales Director - Automotive/F&I

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a National Sales Director for their subsidiary Xzilon Inc, which focuses on vehicle appearance protection products and services. Responsibilities

Lead and manage nationwide sales and support activities for Xzilon Inc
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and drive revenue growth
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, dealers, and vendors
Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
Oversee new account acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing support
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop new sales and training programs
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts; ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance standards are met
Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions to support customers and sales agents
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships
Travel up to 60-80% of the time as required to fulfill job responsibilities

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within the automotive or related industry
Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and motivate successful sales teams
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional client management and negotiation skills
Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
Capacity for regular, extensive travel and willingness to work irregular hours as needed
Strong analytical and organizational skills
