Responsibilities
Lead the design and build of core analysis and transformation systems
Work hands-on with tools that reason about and modify real-world codebases
Set technical direction and evolve architecture as the platform scales
Partner with research and product teams to take ideas from prototype to production
Write high-quality, production code and raise engineering standards
Hire, mentor, and technically lead a small group of engineers (~ •20% technical leadership)•
Qualification
Required
Senior engineers who've built and shipped complex systems
Experience leading small teams or owning major technical areas
Deep expertise in Agentic AI systems, LLMs, or reinforcement learning pipelines
Strong system design skills and a bias toward practical, production-ready solutions
