Responsibilities
Execute sourcing processes for designated business areas, including supplier evaluation and procurement contract negotiations
Develop and implement sourcing agreements and procurement strategies aimed at enhancing cost efficiency and supplier performance
Collaborate with business units and suppliers to ensure seamless procurement operations and alignment with organizational goals
Conduct bid analyses, recommend supplier selections, and support contract award decisions
Administer purchase orders and manage external spend to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and legal standards
Track supplier performance and maintain accurate sourcing data to inform decision-making and drive improvements
Oversee the acquisition, distribution, and tracking of project materials to ensure availability aligns with operational schedules
Conduct basic negotiations and foster strong vendor relationships to optimize procurement outcomes
Ensure procurement processes adhere to environmental regulations and company policies
Support category management initiatives, including supplier consolidation and market analysis, to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Up to 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or related fields
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct bid analyses and evaluate supplier performance
Familiarity with procurement processes, contract management, and enterprise-wide sourcing strategies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Knowledge of compliance standards and environmental regulations related to procurement
Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement platforms or tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
