Ability to effectively oversee, coordinate, and administer all daily operations of service areas
Ability to manage and provide supervision to managers
Ability to exercise good judgment, solve complex problems, and work with minimal level of supervision
Knowledge of computer software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn other software programs used to administer programs
Ability to represent RES Home Care in a professional manner to external entities, including RRDC, Provider Agencies, Participant and Families
Qualification
Required
Must have strong Administrative skills
Minimum of a Master's Degree plus 3+ years of supervisory experience
Three to five years related work experience in the field of disability and/or health care
Ability to effectively oversee, coordinate, and administer all daily operations of service areas
Ability to manage and provide supervision to managers
Ability to exercise good judgment, solve complex problems, and work with minimal level of supervision
Knowledge of computer software i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and able to learn other software programs used to administer programs
