Responsibilities
Enter and maintain employee time and pay data in Workday and ADP
Review payroll information for accuracy and completeness
Support multi-state payroll processing and established payroll deadlines
Maintain payroll records and documentation
Assist with basic payroll inquiries and data corrections
Follow payroll procedures, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements
Ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of payroll reports, management reviews, and other analytical reports
Assisting with computations, withholding, and deductions associated with net earnings
Coordinating with banks to ensure pay transactions are made according to schedule
Maintaining employee attendance and productivity records and managing time off and payroll systems
Assist with payroll taxes, research and preparing for review and approval
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years - related work experience
Attention to detail, exceptional documentation abilities, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Independent, Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks involving critical deadlines with little or no supervision as well as part of a team
