Responsibilities
Provide accounting and bookkeeping support, including journal entries and transaction classification
Prepare individual and S‑Corporation tax returns
Process payroll using Gusto and ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
File sales tax, B& O tax, and other state/local tax reports
Maintain organized, accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Qualification
Required
Active CPA license
3–5 years of experience in tax and accounting
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
Experience using payroll systems such as Gusto and ADP
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
