Responsibilities
Serve as a dedicated AI resource for attorneys supporting matters from client intake through trial, appeal, or deal closing
Design, test, and refine AI prompts and workflows to support litigation and transactional teams
Partner with practice groups to drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and processes
Collaborate with innovation professionals to standardize and scale successful AI solutions
Gather feedback from attorneys and stakeholders to continuously improve AI support offerings
Participate in technology-focused working groups, trainings, and internal presentations
Safeguard confidential, sensitive, and proprietary client and firm information
Qualification
Required
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to a U.S. state bar in good standing
Prior experience as a practicing litigation or transactional attorney, or in a law firm innovation role
Strong understanding of AI concepts as applied to legal workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Service-oriented mindset with reliability and responsiveness
Ability to think strategically and collaborate across practice groups
