Handle complex commercial litigation matters from pleadings through trial
Draft and edit briefs, motions, pleadings, and substantive legal memoranda
Conduct witness interviews and manage all phases of discovery
Prepare for and take depositions; assist with arbitrations and trials
Lead multiple significant matters simultaneously with increasing autonomy
Qualification
Required
4th–5th year Litigation Associate with complex litigation experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice
Strong legal writing, analytical, and case-management skills
Preferred
Clerkship experience is preferred but not required
