Responsibilities

Provide dedicated support to the SVP, Marketing and marketing leadership
Analyze key marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion and retention
Proactively seek out new opportunities to improve and optimize marketing processes and funnels based on insights
Own the weekly and monthly reporting cadence, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for leadership
Build and maintain data-driven presentations for various leadership meetings, including monthly marketing presentations, QBRs, and revenue status meetings
Track, analyze, and report on marketing spend and ROI to inform budget allocation and optimization decisions
Work collaboratively with the GTM and Product analytics teams to align on data sources and reporting standards

Required

5+ years of experience as a marketing or business analyst in a SAAS company with a focus on marketing attribution and pipeline generation
Hands-on experience with core MarTech platforms: Salesforce CRM, Marketo/HubSpot, and Google Analytics 4
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Highly independent and proactive, a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and work closely with senior leaders without direct daily supervision
Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Hex)
Experience working with a hybrid growth model
