Responsibilities
Develop branding strategies for licensed and owned pet brands
Manage licensing strategies and approval processes with strong attention to detail
Collaborate with product development to establish brand direction, guidelines, and core marketing programs
Align brand initiatives with sales teams to develop customer-focused messaging and promotions
Design, review, and approve packaging that reflects brand identity
Create and manage social media content and strategies to increase visibility and engagement
Manage marketing assets, photo shoots, and digital archives
Support sales teams with presentations and creative assets for customers
Plan and execute trade show strategies to showcase products
Utilize CAD and 3D software to support creative and product visualization requests
Qualification
Required
Proven experience developing branding strategies for licensed and owned products
Strong understanding of licensing strategies and approval processes
Experience with packaging design and approval workflows
Proficiency in CAD and 3D software for creative support
Knowledge of social media content creation and strategy
Experience coordinating marketing assets, photo shoots, and archives
Ability to align brand strategies with sales initiatives
Experience planning and executing trade shows
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
