Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track financial KPIs and business performance
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that provide insights into financial results, trends, and key metrics
Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing accurate financial data and reporting
Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources using Power BI and Excel
Develop financial models, forecasts, and tools to provide analytical support and drive process improvement across various departments
Automate financial reporting processes using Power BI to streamline data collection and presentation
Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed to support business units with financial data and insights
Provide financial insights that inform business decisions, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance profitability
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting, operations, and senior leadership
Present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders
Train and support team members in Power BI and financial reporting best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field
2+ years' experience in finance and analytics
2+ years' proven experience with Excel, Power BI, and SQL
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
