They are seeking a Principal EVM Engineer to lead the design and implementation of production-grade EVM smart contracts while ensuring security and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of production-grade EVM smart contracts and protocol primitives with a focus on security, gas-efficiency, and composability
Own architecture and secure patterns for token standards, access control, upgradable proxies, and cross-chain bridges; define best practices and reusable libraries
Drive security through hands-on audits, threat modeling, fuzzing, and remediation; partner with external auditors and coordinate fixes to live systems
Build and maintain robust test suites and CI pipelines using Foundry/Hardhat, automated fuzzing, unit/integration tests, and deployment scripts for multiple chains
Mentor and lead engineering teams: establish code review standards, auditing playbooks, observability, and release processes to ensure safe production deployments
Collaborate with product, legal, and SRE to plan rollouts, emergency response, and upgrade strategies across testnets and mainnets

Eligible to work remotely in the USA and able to collaborate across cross-functional, distributed teams
