Own the Shopify growth strategy, focusing on CRO, onsite optimisation, merchandising, and customer journey improvements
Identify opportunities to increase conversion rate, AOV, and repeat purchase
Help grow revenue towards DTC
Leverage our highly engaged social communities to drive traffic and sales to the website
Lead email marketing strategy, content creation and optimisation
Improve PPC performance and ROI
Track performance, test ideas, and report insights
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Shopify-led eCommerce growth
Good knowledge of CRO, DTC strategy, and lifecycle marketing
Strategic thinker, less about day-to-day execution, more about optimisation and direction
Preferred
Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous
