Responsibilities

Lead automotive programs from quoting phase through SOP and production
Own and execute APQP activities (timing, deliverables, risk management)
Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, finance)
Manage program timing, cost, scope, and customer requirements
Serve as the primary customer interface for program-related communication
Track and report program status, risks, and countermeasures
Support launch readiness activities including PPAP, run-at-rate, and customer launches
Drive issue resolution and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied

Automotive program managementLaunch experienceAPQP knowledgePPAP knowledgePMP certificationCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsOrganizational skills

Required

Proven automotive program management experience
Launch experience is a must (multiple launches preferred)
Strong working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, DFMEA, and control plans
Experience managing programs starting at the quoting stage
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-program environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and holding accountability

Preferred

Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive suppliers
Familiarity with OEM customer requirements
Engineering or technical background preferred
PMP or similar certification a plus
