Mindlance is a consulting firm seeking a Mid-level Business Consultant to play a key role in consulting projects. The consultant will lead the analysis of client business processes, conduct research, manage client relationships, and deliver actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Leading the analysis of client business processes, goals, and challenges

Conducting research and gathering data to support consulting engagements

Developing and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, reports, and presentations

Developing and delivering client deliverables, such as recommendations and action plans

Leading client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress

Collaborating with team members to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs

Developing and delivering client presentations and workshops

Identifying and documenting project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies

Managing client relationships and expectations

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants
