Responsibilities
Oversee change processes, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and minimal disruption to business operations
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture technical details, write documentation, and share requirements with QA teams
Ensure initiatives and features are tied to clear business outcomes and value delivery
Drive alignment by keeping Jira boards updated, tracking progress, and ensuring teams remain organized and accountable
Explain complex or technical processes in a clear, actionable way for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
Identify opportunities to optimize collaboration, remove impediments, and streamline workflows
Qualification
Required
8 years of experience in change coordination and change management within large-scale enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe frameworks, including experience facilitating program-level events
Proven ability to collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
Expertise in Jira (or similar Agile tools) for tracking, reporting, and organizing work
Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Prior experience in client or banking environments
