Supervise clinical staff, including hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, and daily staffing assignments
Oversee physician templates and schedules to meet productivity targets and improve patient access
Serve as a back-up for Medical Assistant (MA) and Front Office (FOS) roles; manage payroll edits and supply ordering
Ensure the practice remains compliant with all regulatory agencies (TJC, OSHA, ODH) and conduct regular safety (EOC) rounds
Develop and monitor data projects to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Foster a welcoming, professional environment through exceptional customer service
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in a physician practice
Proven ability to delegate, resolve conflicts, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
Deep understanding of both clinical and front-office workflow processes
Strong proficiency in EMR systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Management experience
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
Medical Assistant (MA) certification
