Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday modules including Payroll, Absence, and Time and Attendance
Ensure system settings and configurations are optimized for performance and functionality
Plan, test, and implement system upgrades and new functionalities Coordinate with IT and Workday support to address any technical issues or enhancements
Develop and maintain system documentation, processes and procedures
Design and implement automated workflows and business processes within Workday to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within the Workday system. Provide second-level support for complex problems that cannot be resolved by first-level support
Create and maintain an executable backlog of product requirements
Execute business process testing alongside leading business partners/COEs through User Acceptance testing of new or delivered functionality
Actively participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive team alignment on product vision and value delivery
Assist with issue resolution
Maintain knowledge on new functionality/features/capabilities of Workday, market trends, and other industry products and technologies
Partner with HRIS and HR Shared Services for impacts to system configuration, service center impacts and overall colleague experience
Develop test scripts and execute E2E testing for assigned projects
Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday based upon functional areas or HRIS projects assigned providing continuous input on process improvement and elevated support
Triage questions, issues and requests and respond in a timely manner
Work on ad-hoc projects related to business processes, data, security, loading EIBs or new modules

Required

US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Certified Workday time tracking
4+ years of relative Workday Time Tracking configuration experience
Self-motivated, organized and capable of proactively identifying, sourcing, and handling multiple projects to successful completion
Strong computer skills: proficient with MS Outlook, Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Associate's degree in related discipline or an additional 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
