Responsibilities
Translate business capabilities into clearly defined projects and programs with actionable objectives and deliverables
Visualize and communicate architecture concepts, principles, strategies, and models across programs, initiatives, and domains
Facilitate architecture discussions with cross-functional business sponsors and product teams to ensure alignment
Participate in business and IT governance processes as a contributor or facilitator
Ensure alignment between architecture standards and IT project plans by partnering with business and technology leaders
Develop recommendations to increase business value from IT projects and initiatives
Define and approve future-state architecture standards, guidelines, blueprints, and roadmaps across business functions
Lead architecture-related research to further mature architectural standards and practices
Direct and evaluate innovations, prototypes, tools, methodologies, and processes related to architecture
Oversee architecture governance and ensure compliance with standards and guiding principles
Obtain buy-in from senior business and IT leadership for architecture strategies and roadmaps
Promote the value of architecture practices to senior stakeholders across the enterprise
Provide guidance on strategy, prioritization, and portfolio planning
