Responsibilities
Develop high-quality business applications using Vibe programming and supporting frameworks
Translate business requirements into rapid prototypes and production-ready applications
Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces using Vibe’s dynamic UI/UX components
Build and integrate workflows, rules engines, and custom logic to support end-to-end business processes
Implement secure, scalable data models and easily maintainable structures within the Vibe environment
Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Vibe programming and emerging Vibe capabilities
Partner with business users to identify use cases where Vibe can accelerate value creation
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to refine application design
Provide architectural input that ensures solutions are durable, extensible, and aligned to enterprise standards
Participate in shaping best practices, coding standards, and reusable Vibe development assets
Integrate Vibe applications with APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise systems
Leverage Vibe’s automation features to eliminate manual steps and optimize operational efficiency
Build secure connections to external systems using REST, GraphQL, or platform-native connectors
Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and performance checks to ensure reliability and user satisfaction
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and manage iterative releases in agile cycles
Provide documentation, support materials, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience with Vibe programming or similar emerging rapid‑development platforms
Strong background in application development using one or more of the following: JavaScript / TypeScript, Python, Low-code or high-productivity platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Retool, ServiceNow, Oracle Visual Builder, Power Apps)
Ability to quickly interpret business requirements and translate them into working applications
Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, rules logic, and UI components
Knowledge of modern application patterns, including microservices, API integrations, and event-driven systems
Understanding of security principles, data modeling, and integration best practices
Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and communication capabilities
Preferred
Early adopter mindset with experience working in emerging or fast-evolving technologies
Prior experience architecting or scaling rapid application development platforms
UX/UI design intuition or experience with design frameworks
Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery models
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, or industry-specific platforms
Ability to mentor junior developers, evangelize new technologies, and influence organizational adoption
