The role involves designing and implementing go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and owning the entire sales cycle to drive growth in the US market.

Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy: Design and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy to open and expand our presence in the US market
Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, from enterprise to mid-market clients across multiple industries
Sales Execution: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, leveraging consultative and value-based selling approaches
Partnerships: Develop strategic alliances and channel partnerships to support growth
Market Intelligence: Provide continuous feedback to product and marketing teams about client needs, trends, and market dynamics
Qualification
Required
10+ years of B2B GTM experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment
Entrepreneurial, autonomous hands-on, data-driven, and resilient mindset
Deep understanding of the US B2B market, ideally with experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions
Proven success in opening new markets, building a client base from scratch, and consistently exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to C-level executives
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
Some experience as a startup entrepreneur would be a plus
MBA or relevant post-grad education is a plus
