Responsibilities
Lead endtoend modernization of enterprise applications from onpremise to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Architect and develop highperformance ETL and data pipelines using Python , BigQuery , Dataflow , and Cloud Composer (Airflow)
Migrate legacy marketing and CRM workloads (e.g., SAS → SAS 360) and redesign ETL processes from IBM DataStage to cloudnative solutions
Modernize merchandising, pricing, and inventory systems by replatforming workloads to GCP
Provide technical leadership to onshore and offshore teams, ensuring sprint delivery, code quality, RCA, and operational excellence
Support L2/L3 production systems, troubleshoot data flows, and manage incident resolution
Collaborate with business, product, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, assess risks, and execute releases
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience
Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Composer)
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry)
IBM DataStage
Python ETL
Oracle SQL, DB2, Teradata
Python
Unix Shell Scripting
Control-M, GitHub, Bitbucket, JIRA
Stibo STEP (PIM), Anaplan
ServiceNow, Splunk, Kibana, TIBCO, Postman
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor global teams
Experience in Agile environments
Passion for modernization, cloud strategy, and continuous improvement
B.Tech in Information Technology or similar technical degree
Preferred
GCP Certification
Experience in retail, merchandising, CRM, or digital marketing systems
Background supporting large-scale, real-time applications
Proven track record of delivering cloud migration or modernization projects
Ab Initio (nice to have)
Additional certifications in Agile, AngularJS, Kafka, Cloud Platforms, or Generative AI are a plus
