Responsibilities
Own the technical solution delivery that directly fuels client revenue and success. Forecast, strategize, and execute with precision
Architect and deliver compelling technical solutions that build deep client trust and accelerate adoption
Leverage and deepen technical alliances with hyperscalers, ISVs, and AI platforms to unlock cutting-edge solution capabilities
Consult & Solve as the lead technical voice in strategic client conversations, translating complex challenges into elegant engineering solutions
Lead engaging discovery workshops using first-principles thinking to uncover core client problems amenable to AI-powered software solutions
Apply our proprietary evlos methodology—iterate fast and fearlessly in the design and development of innovative systems
Your role is to serve as the chief technical translator between a client's biggest challenges and our most intelligent, AI-powered software engineering solutions
Design AI-native, cloud-forward solutions grounded in process intelligence that drive true value
Replace 'nice slides' with 'pleasant surprises for clients' via working real outcomes
Mentor and technically guide fellow engineers, actively contributing to the growth of top-tier solver talent
Live the 'Always in Beta' mindset - build learners, not followers in our engineering practices
Model extreme ownership, radical clarity, and calm in chaos when facing complex technical challenges

Qualification
Required
12+ years of progressive experience in modern software engineering solutions architecture, specifically driving AI-driven, cloud-native, and data-centric transformation journeys with a strong process-first mindset
Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex, high-impact software solutions that directly enable significant net-new services revenue and expand client engagements
Hands-on experience as a lead software engineer and technical architect in client-facing roles, directly building, implementing, and advising on complex solutions, consistently acting as the trusted technical authority for strategic clients
Possesses deep understanding of the regional technical terrain—including client environments, hyperscaler platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS), key ISVs, and AI platforms—enabling immediate impact and effective solution design from day one
Designs and architects robust, scalable software solutions that seamlessly integrate and leverage AI capabilities (e.g., ML models, NLP, computer vision APIs, generative AI components) for intelligent outcomes
Possesses profound expertise in Cloud-Native, Data-driven, and AI-enabled Software Engineering
Demonstrates proven impact through architecting and implementing resilient, high-performance cloud-native solutions
Consistently views technology through a sharp business lens, directly linking architectural decisions to tangible client outcomes
Combines a strong product mindset with deep consulting acumen to design reusable, scalable software architectures and components
Does not just admire 'what's new' but actively impacts-engineers cutting-edge technologies (including AI advancements) into actionable architectural roadmaps

Has engineered and delivered production-grade software solutions for horizontal automation across functions across diverse domains like telecom, fintech, healthcare, or retail, moving beyond theoretical concepts to real-world, operational systems
You understand what it takes to build and grow software solutions, products, or engineering initiatives with speed and intent, from inception to significant scale
