Responsibilities
Planning, managing and coordinating interrelated work emphasizing delivery of value for teams, stakeholders, and organizations
Overseeing, planning, launching and executing initiatives in a complex iterative environment
Combining principles of classic project management and agile scrum to plan for key initiatives with scope definitions, detailed project plans and timelines
Working with scrum teams to divide project plans into consumable user stories, incorporating agile concepts such as scope flexibility, transparency and deep connection to the customer
Qualification
Required
7-10 years experience required
10-15 years of relevant Agile Program Management experience required in lieu of Bachelors' Degree
The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives
The program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion
7-10 years of traditional Waterfall IT project management experience, including 5 or more years managing enterprise projects
Experience managing complex programs
Coaching skills and ability to motivate teams
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Preferred
Information Technology experience in a Health Care environment preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Agile Project Management (IC Agile) or Agile Certified Practitioner (Project Management Institute) desired
